Coachella sent an E-mail to inform me that my ticket order for a coachella was canceled, then went ahead and gave me a 120% compensation credit. I want my refund back to the same credit card I used to make the purcahse! I was inform early on in 2020 that I would be reciving a full refund for this situation! I will only accept a full refund for this terrible service!
(3 hour phone wait time, wait time on Twitter DMs, the help center page is crashing! There is no easy way for anybody in the same situation as me to actually even attempt a dialog!!)
