I sold my camping pass to EDC LV 2021 and the pass was delivered to the buyer well in advance of the event. I just received a notification that the buyer cancelled the sale on a claim that they received the wrong item. I sent exactly what they purchased - the camping pass. That is what I listed and that is what they got. I am now about to be charged $1,450 for this camping pass even though I sent the correct item and sent it on time.
How does StubHub go about verifying these types of buyer claims? What protection do I have as a seller from being scammed by a buyer? If the buyer isn't required to send back my camping pass they get to camp for free and I am getting wrongly charged.
What are my options here?
