Thanks, I'm actually on the phone with support right now, as I got a cancellation note from the buyer now.  But the game is now in less than 2 hours!

I have the same issue, the buyer has not accepted the transfer and the game is on Monday.

As long as you've marked the order delivered in your Sales portal, you're all set for the payment. I truly appreciate your concern for the buyer as well, and I'll send you a private message to go over the order details so I can contact your buyer and have them accept the transfer. Hey there @Lila23

 

We completely understand the concerns, but it is up to the buyer to accept the transfer on their end. As long as you have confirmed the delivery of the transfer, it shouldn't create an issue for you. Some buyers tend to wait until shortly before the event to accept the transfer. As long as the transfer was confirmed, the payment should be triggered already. It might be a good idea to take a screenshot that shows that the tickets were transferred. Please let us know if you have additional questions.

Flash Seats still Pending Transfer

Maybe someone here can help me... I sold Flash seats to a buyer, transferred them per the Instructions emailed to me using the order number and email address in my Flash account, got paid, but the tickets are still pending transfer in my Flash account.

Hello, I'm also having the same problem. The sale was on 12/24, the concert is in just over a week and the buyer hasn't accepted the transfer yet. Is the seller contacted to remind them of these tickets? I got confirmation of the sale and recieved payment shortly after the sale, yet flashseats lists them as "waiting for pickup"
