As long as you've marked the order delivered in your Sales portal, you're all set for the payment. We completely understand the concerns, but it is up to the buyer to accept the transfer on their end. As long as you have confirmed the delivery of the transfer, it shouldn't create an issue for you. Some buyers tend to wait until shortly before the event to accept the transfer. As long as the transfer was confirmed, the payment should be triggered already. It might be a good idea to take a screenshot that shows that the tickets were transferred. Please let us know if you have additional questions.

Hello, I'm also having the same problem. The sale was on 12/24, the concert is in just over a week and the buyer hasn't accepted the transfer yet. Is the seller contacted to remind them of these tickets? I got confirmation of the sale and recieved payment shortly after the sale, yet flashseats lists them as "waiting for pickup"
