Buyer has not accepted ticketmaster/flash ticket transfer

I sold mobile tickets and transfered them via ticketmaster to the buyer (copied and pasted the given name and email, so no mistakes on my part there). It has been about 5 days and the buyer has still not accepted the tickets. 

 

I know that my part of the sale has been completed but I'd just like to know that there will be no future issues.

That being said, is there any way for you to follow up with the buyer, or should I just wait it out?

Hey! Thanks for letting us know! If you've done all that has been asked correctly (made the transfer and confirmed the sale on StubHub), you're set. But it is great that you're thinking of the buyer!  A buyer does need to make sure they are aware of how their tickets are being received. If the buyer is having issues with accepting the tickets and all troubleshooting routes have not worked, we may contact a seller to request that they cancel the original transfer and retransfer to the buyer.

Cameron, Same thing going on for me ... Sold a couple of pairs last week for the same show in April -- one pair was accepted right away by the buyer, the other is still waiting for acceptance from a different buyer.

Can you take a look at my account CameronJ?  I have a buyer who has yet to accept and one that already accepted (almost immediately).  I dont' want to run into any issues as the show is in two weeks.  Thanks.

I have the same issue...

I sold 4 Taylor Swift Tickets and Transfer the tickets on Ticket master to the correct email "Even verifed with Ticketmaster.com".... It has been a month and they have not accepted. I am really worried something might go wrong.. this is a horrible selling experience.

I am having the same 'issue'. Sold a few differnt sets of tickets. Some of the buyers have confirmed others have not. I have gotten paid, so I am not worried, but I want to make sure the people get their tickets. Can you message me as well?
