2. my buyer has not accepted their tickets, do I get paid regardless of whether they accept or not?
For account issues, you'll need to private message a moderator. For the delivery, as long as it's confirmed on the StubHub site, and you have proof of the transfer on through the primary, then you're good to go regardless of whether or not the buyer accepts that transfer. As long as the transfer is made and you're able to verify that on your end, you're good to go. There have been reports of late that emails aren't coming through, so it you've sent the transfer and you don't see it accepted within a couple days, it wouldn't hurt to recall and re-transfer the tickets. Just in case the original email didn't go through.
