I have been on the customer service line for 4+ hours. At this point, I am just interested to see if anyone will ever answer. I don't think anyone is actually answering on the SH side...no way they have a 4 hour queue and everyone in front of me is also willing to wait it out.
I think this is the end of StubHub. A major settlement was announced today to refund customers for canceled events. I'm not sure they still have a Customer Support team.
After 3.5 hours of waiting, an agent did actually pick up. He found my order, put me on hold, and after an addtional 5 minutes of holding I was cut off. Didn't get a call back or anything. Back to square one.
