Elton John in DC Not for Resale

I purchased two tickets ambos a year ago for the Elton John concert at Nationals Park in September. A family event has come up since then and now I can’t attend. I want to sell the tickets for cost, but the digital tickets in my MLB Ballpark app says they are not for resale. However, I do have the transfer button. Can I sell them on StubHub?
