I just sold a ticket via Etix. There is no app to download the tickets. Why is ETIX so hard to transfer?

Anyone know a hack? I have the electronic tickets to print out, but it doesn't save as a PDF. How do I transfer them? thanks!

If you are able to print out the tickets can you then scan them into a pdf and upload the pdf to Stubhub?

scanned tix typically flagged as not an original , at least the old stubhub did that, who knows now.

when you print choose the print to PDF option instead of your default printer , it coverts the ticket to pdf format
