Expected Delivery Date

There appears to be an issue where cx are getting their purchase date and the expected delivery date as one. As I've received a call or too asking why I haven't transferred, so I just wanted to confirm that I still have 24 hours from my in hand date to transfer tickets unless it is on the event day where I have about 2 - 4 hours based on the time the order was placed?
