Has my ticket been delivered?

Hi, I need some help please

I just need to know if  the ticket was delivered for... Order No. 500919888. I had the ticket set for instant download but under my sales it says this order is still open. There is no option under the sale to upload the ticket.so Im guessing it has been delivered.. The concert is 24 hours away and I want to make sure the ticket has been delivered.

I have the same issue re: two sets of MLB tickets for the Jays.  I have to assume that the buyer got the tickets because the barcodes were already added to Stubhub and that the issue will be resolved.  If I try to work around the issue on the action item option, I risk the buyer not accepting and triggering a penalty.  Brutal.

I just got an email saying my ticket was delivered ... I made sure to saved the email just in case ...lol. Good luck to you man!
