I listed tickets for sale 24 hours ago and need to make an important change.
It's not showing up as listed or pending. Stubhub took my credit card info and I need to make this change before the event.
I would recommend contacting customer service by phone. I had this same issue this week. I listed tickets for sale and received email confirmation that they were listed, but they were not actually listed.
They seem to be having an issue. Customer service would be able to confirm that the listing actually goes live.
