How do I go back and update my specific seats?

If you go to your listing there is a button to edit your listing at the bottom.  You can change your listing using this feature

I am having the same issue.  I try to edit - using the edit button - but I can neither add the seat numbers or add a feature.  The section is greyed out.  I will be contacting customer service ...

it appears that some features can only be added during the creation of the listing and not later after the listing is active. you might need to deactivate or delete your listing and create a new listing in order to get all the features you want to be on the listing. unfortunately, some features are no longer available and seat rows and numbers may not display to buyers. your mileage may vary.
