They will only answer you with a form letter response saying that they will back to you later and that they are prioritizing their response to "immediate" needs, which is a load of crap. I have been awaiting payment for 17 days and spent over 6 hours on the phone/hold over this time. No email responses and my threads get whacked. I'm done with StubHub!! this will get whacked also.
