Hi,
I recently sold 2 GA PDF tickets on stubhub, and designated that they have VIP upgrades associated with them. The VIP info will be emailed to me this week from the ticket supplier, and I would like to forward that to the buyer of my tickets. I will also update the VIP package with the buyer's name. The ticket sale email does not contain any Buyer Info, as well as the Completed Sales tab in my profile.
How can i get this info to ensure the buyer can use the VIP package?
