Nontransferable tickets

Hi, I put my two tickets up for sale under transferable tickets and with a transfer date of today. Someone purchased the tickets, however I am now trying to transfer the tickets and the transfer button on ticketmaster is grey. I searched that up and it means they’re not transferable. what should i do?

Hello. The tickets won’t be made transferable until a later date. It could be tomorrow or it may not be until 24-48 before the event. Try calling Stubhub at 866-788-2482. Tell them you need to change the delivery date.
