Paid 5-7 business days after event

Why do SH need my credit card info to sell tix if I don't get paid until after the event? And what if they buyer claims to not have seen event?

I believe they need a credit card on file in case they need to charge you for any penalties you may incur for failing to deliver the the tickets, as per T&Cs.

We are changing the way you register and sign-in to the StubHub Community. After the switch, you will enter the email address you use to access the community in order to reset your password. You will enter your community username and new password and done!
