I just sold tickets and for the standard message that it takes time to get the money but I’m also getting a message that I need to add a payment method. There are already two payment methods listed. Do I need to add the payment I used to buy the tickets?
When Stubhub recently upgraded their site some of the default account information was deleted. Make sure that you have a default account chosent o receive payments even if you only have one account listed.
