Payment not received

My tickets to an event on December 19 were sold and transferred. The event was held. I have direct deposit account listed and chose for my method of payment but no payment has occurred or is pending. Tickets are still listed as sold.

What was the date of the event for which you sold tickets (not the date of the sale).  Back in March Stubhub changed their schedule for paying sellers to 5-8 BUSINESS days AFTER the event.  Add another 2 days for ACH to arrive in your bank.  Therefore, an event held on Dec 26th should be in your bank account either Jan 8 or Jan 11th.
