While there have been many complaints about the recent timing of payments it appears that maybe Stubhub is finally getting caught up. Yesterday I recevied an email and today a payment for all events up to June 11th. Today I recenved an email regarding a payment for an event on June 12th. This is 5 business days after the event so back ont he timeline Stubhub lists for payments. There are still many mapping issues - no rows for Dodger games but maybe payments are finally straightened out.
Someone or group really needs to be held accountable for the recent issues.
There also has been no communication from Stubhub, I think more to avoid accountability to the issues, potentially legal issues.
I suggest a few things, if you have received a penalty contact your credit card and file a dispute they will get the money back for you, use only your credit card, that provides protection.
I would be more forgiving towards stubhub if they were transparent, crap happens sometimes, but be honest and open, I find the lack of openness is leading us to lack trust in SH. This is harsh but life is harsh.
I have sold over 1/4 million likely over the years and I am ready to walk away and never come back, I hope EVERYONE does the same.
Also write MLB and pressure them to not allow stubhub to sell their tickets anymore and ask MLB to have their own resale through TM, TM is no fees also so BYE BYE Stubhub, unless you come clear and open asap. I think a month or 2 of no seller fees would be a fair compromise
MLB Resale through TM would be even more of a disaster. Ticketmaster has no customer service whatsoever. I haven't been paid for tickets I sold on there for an event that took place in FEBRUARY.
I have been a season ticket holder with the LA Dodgers since 2006. Whenever I have not been able to attend a game, I have sold those tickets on StubHub. It had been a reliable place to buy and selll tickets until this first full weekend in June upgrade/merger. I sold three tickets for the 15 June game. The sale is listed under complete. There was a notice under PENDING payments after the event. After reading your message, I checked to see if the payment had been made. It is now no longer listed under PENDING or COMPLETED. Under payments it has completely disappeared. Under sales the 15 June game is still listed as COMPLETED. Unfortunately, the merger/upgrade still has bugs plaguing the system and the sounds of silience from StubHub up and down the chain of command is truly disappointing.
It seems like Stubhub is having particular issues with events at Dodgers Stadium. As they have updated the site it is sometimes harder/impossible to find some of the information that sellers are used to. They have an alternate site inv.stubhub.com. Log in using your Stubhub credentials and hopefully you will find oyur payment infomraiton there, You should receive payment by the 27th as that is 8th business day.
how are you able to get Inventory Manager to work? are you using a Windows computer? I don't have one so I can't try that but I have tried on Android, Chromebook, and Mac (three different browsers). all of them give me the same "too many redirects" error. my posts here about this problem have been deleted. I have asked phone support agents about it but they had nothing to offer but said they would send the info to the appropriate team. a couple of weeks later and nothing has changed.
