Recall tickets if not accepted x 1 month?

Can I recall a mobile ticket if it hasnt been accepted for over a month? I could use it or resell it.

Hello. As long as you transferred the ticket to the proper email address provided by Stubhub you have fulfilled your end of the deal and you will be paid. If you recall the ticket you are responsible for providing the buyer with replacement ticket. Stubhub will charge you 100%. Many buyers wait to accept the ticket until closer to date of show.
