Remove Bank Account Information

I need to remove my bank account information but there is no option to do so. Person on the phone said they don’t store account numbers and routing numbers but that doesn’t make sense because then how are they going to send payments for ticket sells. Seems fishy. Has anyone been able to remove a bank account?

Hello! The Customer Experience agent who assisted you is correct. We cannot delete bank accounts from our system; however, we do not have access to view your account and routing as this is private information. StubHub doesn't store any bank account info after you register.
