Sale Price and StubHub Commision Info no Longer Given After Sale

The sale price and StubHub commision are no longer given to sellers after they make sale. This information is absolutely neccessary for sellers to keep accounting records straight for tax season after StubHub sends 1099.

This info used to be emailed to sellers or could be found in the sale log but is now omitted. Please bring this feature back because it becomes an accounting nightmare when you dont provide this info.

I have to call Stubhub and ask customer service to find the sale price in the listing audit after every sale now.

I agree. But, it’s not hard to figure out. Price sold minus payment amount equals fees paid.

Thats the problem, it doesn’t show price sold anymore. Only gives you amount paid out after fees have been subtracted. If you have multiple listings, there’s no way to remember what price it sold at, especially if your constantly adjusting your selling price

I made a spreadsheet to keep track of all the figures. A couple of simple formulas made it easy to keep track of my listings and I can see all the payouts, sale prices, and fees. This makes it simple to compile all of the details at the end of the tax year. I can see the differences between the amounts on the form 1099 and what I actually got paid because they don't ever match up.

Aren’t Stubhub seller fees a flat 15%?
You can calculate the info that you need by multiplying your net payment amount by 1.15 to get you gross sale price. Then the difference between the gross you calculated and net you received is your fees paid.

No. different sellers pay different fee percentages.
