Selling Tickets Bought Through StubHub on Ticketmaster App

I bought tickets through StubHub and the event time changed.  I got an email that said I can sell them on StubHub without fees.  But the tickets are on the Ticketmaster App.  Can I transfer the tickets from Ticketmaster to StubHub and still be able to sell without fees?

Hello. You can list the tickets on Stubhub. If and when they sell Stubhub will notify you. You will then transfer your tickets from your Ticketmaster account to the buyer. Confirm the transfer with Stubhub. Then wait 5-8 days after the event for payment
