I sold a ticket and it said to "upload screenshot", but when I pull up the ticket it says "screenshots wont get you in" What shoud I do in this case?
That a great question. If screenshot is the only option then you're good to go ahead and upload a barcode. Just take a screenshot and save it as a PDF. One thing to watch for is whether or not the barcodes change when you pull up the ticket or every 15 minutes or so. If not, you're good to go.
