Selling tickets for a rescheduled event

I sold tickets last year for imagine, but it was canceled. I never got paid from stub hub. I just received an email saying to ship my tickets, but I already sent them last year when they were purchased. There is 0 customer service so hoping someone can help me with understanding how I will get paid, when I already shipped the tickets last year and now I’m being told to ship them..

Same exact thing just happened with me for my Imagine tickets.

When you sent the tickets did you confirm the sale on your sales page?  That is how Stubhub knows that you completed the sale.

I did confirm that I mailed the tickets on Stubhub. They started processing the payment and it is still processing nearly a year later...
