Should I be worried?

Got an email from Stub Hub that my 4 tickets sold. Per instructions went to ticketmaster and did mobile transfer to the person with email StubHub provided. Then I onfirmed the transfer on StubHub. After 4 days ticketmaster shows that the named recipient still has not accepted the transfer. Show is in 5 days. What should be my next steps? Thanks

Hello. You transferred the tickets and confirmed the transfer. You have upheld your end of the transaction and are due payment. It is up to the seller to accept the tickets.

Appreciate the confirmation and tip! I was just about to resubmit the transfer, and the Buyer finally accepted the tickets.

Re: Should I be worried?

@Bigbadtom is absolutely correct here. You've done all you need to do. One thing we would suggest is to cancel the transfer and re-transfer it to the same email again. Sometimes the initial one doesn't go through. Ticketmaster changed something in their email server last year and it caused a lot of transfer offer emails to be filtered to spam/junk or just not delivered at all. So we suggest all sellers cancel and send again if the buyer doesn't accept the tickets within 24 hours of the first transfer. But outside of that, you're all set.
