What do I do? Is there a way to verify the email address I used was accurate. I tried to make sure it was right and was very cautious but once i marked they were transfered i can't see the email again to double check
You should have the email address in your confirmation email, unless the Viagogo merger changed that. But if you think that you sent it to the right email and you have confirmed the sale on your sales page then your job is done. It is not your responsibility to make sure that the buyer accepts a transfer.
