Sorry! Page not found error when trying to sell tickets for Football World Cup - Qatar 2022 - Quarter-Finals

I bought a couple of tickets on Stubhub for Football World Cup - Qatar 2022 - Quarter-Finals. My friend cannot attend and I was trying to sell his ticket back.

Under orders, there is an option "Can’t attend? Sell your ticket". When I click the "Sell your ticket" link, it takes me to https://www.stubhub.com/error and error dispalyed is:

Sorry!

Page Not Found

In the meantime, try one of the links below. "Take me Home"

Anyone else seeing this error. If yes, how to solve it.

Hello. Try this and see what happens. Instead of going to your orders and clicking can’t attend sell your ticket try creating a new listing. No guarantee. Just an idea.

Apparently this method will not work as the seller needs to get notified from the system of the sell so that he can reassign the ticket to the new buyer. That will only happen when I sell it through the orders page ( customer service confirmed this). Looks like a bug in their website which they are trying to fix. Was just wondering if anyone else is facing the same issue when trying to sell FIFA tickets.
