StubHub sent me email claiming I am the RECIPIENT but I am the SELLER

I’m not sure how to fix this as I transferred the tix via Ticketmaster, tm wrote me and acknowledged they sent them, but they have not been accepted yet.  Now sh is congratulating me for getting tix and sent me an email with a button that says “claim your tix.” Rally not sure what is going on. Thanks for any help.

That's definitely odd. We'd love a chance to look into that with you. One of our moderators will send you a private message. Respond there and we'll pull that up with you and see what's going on.

Community Log-In Changes May 1st
We are changing the way you register and sign-in to the StubHub Community. After the switch, you will enter the email address you use to access the community in order to reset your password. You will enter your community username and new password and done!
