Ticket sales

I sold tickets and sent them UPS but my account still says unshipped. How long does it take to update the account? Also does anyone have contact info for Stub Hub I can only find FAQ’s

Do you have the tracking number that was provided on the shipping bill? If so, enter that number on tracking info page at then take a screen shot of the status and email it to StubHub Support or have it handy to provide a moderator here to assist you

Hey @NickD52! It can take up to 24 hours for UPS to scan in the package and the tracking information to relay to our systems.  As long as you used the label provided by us in My Hub, we will be able to view the shipment status and guarantee your payout.  Has this yet to update for you?
