Tranferring tickets not available yet

Stubhub is contacting me regarding my order which I'm supposed to transfer to the buyer.
AXS isn't releasing the tickets till the day of the event, what should I do now?

I have a proof of purchase if I need to show Stubhub to make sure I'll be able to provide the buyer the tickets.

When you listed the tickets what did you use as an inhand date?  If it is earlier than the day before the event (you have 24 hrs to fulfil the order) you will need to reach out to Stubhub to change the inhand date.  You can do this by calling 866-788-2482 or by sending a dm to @Teamstubhub.  Note the buyer can refus the change in date but this rarely happens.

We are changing the way you register and sign-in to the StubHub Community. After the switch, you will enter the email address you use to access the community in order to reset your password. You will enter your community username and new password and done!
