Ticketmaster has the "sell" and "transfer" options blocked on their website for this event so I cannot get the electronic tickets to the buyer. How do we resolve this? Thank you for your help.

Hi, @gregkiefer! It's very common for the primary to delay turning on the option to transfer until 24-48 hours before the event.
