UPS says merchandise is missing - now what?

Last week I sold 4 physical tickets, 2 pairs of 2.  One sale went fine and I've been paid.  Second sale didn't pay  out yet so I looked up it's status.  UPS shows "Merchandise is missing. UPS will notify the sender with additional details. / All merchandise missing, empty carton was discarded. UPS will notify the sender with details of the damage."

 

Now what?  The tickets were definitely in the envelope, so this seems like a buyer scam to get free tickets.  What will happen as a seller?  I assume StubHub still pays me?

I'm having the same issue with some physical tickets I shipped.  Please advise, @TeamStubHub!
