Im trying to add barcodes to the "enter barcode" area on 2 tickets Im selling. But it keeps saying wrong format. Im not missing any numbers on the barcode.

I can absolutely help to figure this out and recommend checking your primary vendor or season ticket holder account to see if the barcodes have been updated. Hello they actually went through. The barcode had numbers on either side of the barcode. Not across the top. So it just wanted the numbers on the left side of the barcode.
