Trying to enter barcode for the tickets I'm gonna sell, but keep receiving the error that says "There was a problem, please try again in few minutes."
I have tried to enter the barcode 2 weeks ago, it didn't work. So is this issue not fixed yet?

I have had the same problem since I sold my tickets months ago. I asked for help and they said it was because the concert was still too far away. That was over a month ago
