I received an email from Hub saying my payment for a Capitals' game from March (that wasn't played) is on hold until I log in and set up a bank account. I've never linked this to a bank account, only PayPal. Anyone else get these?
Hey @buckeyes75, so sorry for the worry this caused! If your listing was set to pay by ACH/Direct deposit but only a PayPal account was enrolled in your Settings page, this would explain the email.
Please send me or any Community Moderator a private message with the email address and zip or postal code on your account so that we can request our Payments Team switch the sale to pay another way. Thanks!
