I changed the amount I was selling tickets for and the listing disappeared when I updated it.
Same Problem
So sorry for the trouble there. We're currently seeing some latency issues with tickets that have sold still showing up on the site, which is causing some order to fail on checkout. This is also affecting new listings and listing updates. Our technical team is currently working on this and should have it resolved shortly. So sorry for the inconvenience there!
The tickets have reappeared on the stubhub site. Issue now is that my account doesn't see them, so still cannot change or delete the listing.
My listing has disappeared while I attempted to change the pricing. I can't see them, but need to delete the listing, but can't and the MLB app is saying the ticket can not be forwarded because it is listed for offer.
Is it possible to actually talk to someone here at Stubhub anymore?
I am having this precise problem with a Dead & Co ticket for the first Wrigley show. I had two listed. One sold (I had no idea as I never got an email or any notification.) Went to adjust the price on the one remaining and the ticket listing has disappeared. MLB won't let me forward that remaining ticket to list it again because it says it's already part of a listing. HELP!!
I'm hoping that replying directly to the Moderator here will get this issue some better attention. @Paul, it's been seven months since this thread and there are no fewer than TEN separate threads in the community on this same issue, so clearly this remains a major problem with sellers. In the past few weeks I've had the "disappearing listings" problem three times across two separate Giants NFL games, and I believe this has cost me the ability to sell one of those games (the tickets went to waste). I've had two separate calls into customer service with no success (no follow-up from the first one, and the second call got disconnected after a half hour on hold and a HORRIBLE audio connection with the rep).
My tickets have been very attractively priced relative to other seats when the listings disappeared, so my theory is that someone is attempting to buy them and encountering a problem, at which point the listing disappears but there is NO notification, communication, or explanation for this.
I've been selling Giants season tickets on StubHub for well over a decade, I'm sure generating thousands of dollars in revenue for StubHub. This treatment and overall lack of attention is unacceptable to the point that I'm about to abandon StubHub completely. At the very least, I believe I deserve compensation for the tickets I was unable to sell due to this issue.
Hello - Can you help me my listing have disseapear from my profile -Im using Viagogo. I have been emailing the customer service and no one can help me Im very frustrated
Johanna.
See if the Recommended Tickets filter is on and if it is turn it off to see if your tickets show up. The Recommended Tickets fiters out tickets that are priced higher in your row. Even though you lowered the price it could be that someone else with tickets in your row also lowered the price below yours.
The other thing is if your tickets are mobile then those listings expire a few hours before the event time so it could be coincidence that your lisitng expired at the time that you were changing the price.
