I was able to upload the PDF. received green arrow. continue takes me to Enter seat #.
I can put anything I want there or leave it blank but the confirm button will not highlight to finish the listing.

Hi, @stanleyweiss! For Parking Passes sellers will generally enter GA or the number listed on the pass as the "seat" number.
Tryed suggestion, doesn't highlight confirm tab.
Used section "1" Row "1" seat "GA"
then it worked.
