Hello! I sold a ticket, in which I have delivered already, and it says that I was "paid" already, but I have yet to recieve anything. 3-5 business days have already passed. Plus, the payment was processed and is under "completed" now.

This has also happened to me. Tickets were shipped to buying customer on 2/19/2018. Status on stubhub showed paid on 2/21/2019 when tickets were delivered. It is now 2/26/2018 and money has not been transferred to my bank account.
