I've been trying to upload my ticket for the past few days but every time I try to upload, it has a red popup that says "There was a problem, please try again." The ticket is the ORIGINAL PDF file, and it is NOT a secured PDF. I've tried clearing my cache, browsing history, and cookies. I've tried it on both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Nothing is working.
So sorry to hear you're having trouble. We have received some reports of this previously, though not a lot. One thing that has worked for some people is to make a duplicate copy of the PDF, then try to upload the duplicate. Try to upload that and if you still have issues, send me or another one of our moderators a private message. We can look into that with you if the issue persists.
