I am trying to resell tickets because a concert was rescheduled. We received a stubhub's email that "If you relist your tickets and they sell, we will automatically waive the fee we normally charge sellers.".
However, the 'resell' button is nowhere to be found, and I have to create a new listing which means that the fee will be applied. I called stubhub but they just helped to create a new listing which didn't solve the problem.
Please help
