I was on hold for over 2 hours. When someome did answer they could not hear me and hung up on me! There is nothing wrong with my phone. I have been a Stub Hub customer for a long time and I just wasted my Friday night trying to get an answer to a mistake that the seller made. This is the most frustrating experience I have ever had with any customer service. I cannot believe this!
I had the same thing happen but I realized I had placed the phone on mute but realized before I was hung up on. Not saying this is the same as your case but I know I had forgot I had muted myself from sitting on hold for so long.
