You will want to look for and buy ADA tickets that have wheelchair accessibility.
As for will you be able to see that is harder to answer. What is the event? If it is a rock concert then then people usually stand at concerts so if the ADA seating is not elevated then you will probably have people blocking your view. If it is a sports event then people will stand but not all of the time so you might have occassional obstruction but for the most part you might be OK.
The seller is supposed to indicate if seats ADA and wheelchair accessible. I recommend that you call the venue and get more infrmation about their ADA seating arrangement.
