Last night I called customer support. Although the hold time was relatively lengthy, the help I received from Amber was fantastic. Amber was incredibly personable, upbeat and customer-friendly. I was a little tense to begin with because my event was just one day away and I hadn't received a confirmation. She calmed me down quickly and fixed the problem for me happily and efficiently. I wish I could deal with more people like Amber in my professional life. I'd hire her in a flash if she were looking to move to San Antonio, TX!!
