I have purchased tickets for the grand ole opry and it says the seller indicated the tickets were transferred but they are not appearing in the axs app? I am a little concerned as I have paid quite a bit of money, any ideas ?
Yes I ended up live chatting with axs and figured it out. What they had me do was 1) delete and reinstall the app 2) then log into axs from a laptop and my event was there and then 3) sign out/ sign back into the axs app and then the tickets appeared under my events. Hopefully this works for you too!
