I had incorrect tickets sent to me. The order information is correct & has the right seats next to each other, but the ones sent to print are in not mine! They are under someone else's name and different seats ect. What can I do? Thanks.
Since we are a Secondary Marketplace, it is very common where you will receive a ticket with a different name on it since it is coming from a separate seller. Rest assured, this will not cause an issue with entry as the venue is only concerned with the barcode on the ticket, not the name on the ticket.
