why does it talke so long to get my tickets

I bought my tickets back in January. The event is in May. I am a bit worried that I won't get my tickets.

Coupons

I have a coupon and when i enter it it says invalid. I have called customer service twice and they still have not solved the problem. Has anyone else had a problem with coupons
