If you can ship tickets for that event then you should be fine, if it's a barcode integrated event, sometimes barcodes on comp tickets aren't valid for resell, but you'll know if that's the case if the stubhub site isn't accepting the barcodes from the tickets when you enter them, it validates the barcodes real-time.

Many artists do this, but you should expect your tickets to be valid unless you hear otherwise. In any case your tickets and transaction are covered by the StubHub FanProtect Guarantee, you'll receive comparable tickets or your money back, if those were to get cancelled.

If the ticket has VIP or the package name printed on it you could have a bonus M&G like billycrowe14 mentioned. I've listed VIP tickets with M&G before on StubHub and didn't list it as an attribute, if I'm not mistaken I don't think StubHub does M&G attributes, I could be wrong, the event I listed for didn't have it anyway. The ticket had VIP printed on it though, sometimes not all tickets in an area are M&G, it's possible to have a regular ticket amongst others who had M&G, even if they are front row.

The interactive maps aren't currently up and running in the app on Android and have been down the majority of the day. All the events are showing the unaesthetic static maps. Just thought I'd report the issue in case you weren't already tracking.

Thanks for the update @SeanF ! Will those orders be moved over to completed and into payment processing status? I do a lot of sells with you guys and had a similar issue with a barcode integrated venue in the past and it wasn't nearly as painful to get the orders marked completed after you guys verified that it was an issue on your end, not sure why this one has been so difficult. Thanks

I'd appreciate it if someone could follow up on this for me and help resolve asap. Been trying to deliver the barcodes for over a week, appears to be a system issue on your end, the tickets in my MLB account show as sold on StubHub now, so I'm assuming you guys have delivered the tickets and reissued barcodes, but still have my orders listed as open orders. The departments I've been working with via email are not responsive and haven't given me a status update. This has been an unpleasant experience.

Been trying to fulfill multiple MLB orders since this weekend and every time I enter them it says "there was an issue, but don't worry the buyer will get the tickets in the next 24hrs" Orders still show undelivered even given that the message says they'll receive them.

I transfered some Mobile tickets within the last hour and just received an email from the primary stating that she rejected the ticket offer. What do I do in this situation?

If the event is further than 3 days out, try creating the listing without adding the PDF and then try attaching the PDF to the listing after the fact and see if that would at least get your tickets to show up in the listing in the meantime.

If you uploaded the PDF when you created your listing them they'll show up as instant download
