  COVID-19 event updates   As the COVID-19 situation evolves, we understand you might have questions about events, venue and team safety procedures, cancelations and postponements. Please review the following information: We’re working directly with our many partners, event organizers, leagues and teams around the world to update you as quickly as possible. See a list of all canceled events. What is your event cancelation policy? If an event is canceled, we’ll give you a StubHub credit for 120% of the amount you paid. Read more about our event cancelation policy.   What is your rescheduled or postponed event policy? If an event is rescheduled or postponed, your ticket will be good for the new date.   How do I know if my event was impacted or see the event status? Check the My Tickets page in your account.   Can I relist tickets for an event if I can no longer go? If you bought your tickets on StubHub, you can relist your tickets for free.   What does “pod integrity” mean? StubHub requires sellers to list tickets in the same quantity they originally bought. This ensures fans can attend events while maintaining CDC-recommended social distancing guidelines.   When will I be paid if I sold tickets to an event? We’ll pay you after the event takes place. Read more about our seller policy.   How do I know which teams are allowing fans and their venue rules? We recommend checking with the team or venue website for the most accurate information.   When do you think live events will return to normal? Each team, artist, production and venue is exploring opportunities for fans to return to live events safely. We’re working with partners across the industry, and we’ve been encouraged by success with the MLB World Series, NFL, college football and other events. That said, the situation is constantly evolving and it is very hard to predict when large-scale live events will return. We may see the normal live events landscape we once knew in the second half of 2021. There are plenty of opportunities to attend live events safely now as well. Important buyer information   To see your event status, log into your StubHub account and click My Tickets. Events are designated as either:    Active: Active or rescheduled events You can resell your tickets on StubHub if you can't go or don't want to If you relist your tickets on StubHub and they sell, we'll automatically waive the fee we normally charge sellers   TBA: Postponed, suspended or events pending cancelation We are waiting for the event organizer to make a decision on whether to cancel or reschedule the event. You don’t need to contact us; we’ll email you when we know more. Keep your current tickets in case they’re valid for the new event date   Canceled: Canceled events You don’t need to contact us; we’ll email you to confirm We’ll add a coupon/credit worth 120% of your original order to your StubHub account. You can apply this to one or multiple StubHub orders in the same currency until Dec. 31, 2022. Important seller information We now pay sellers 5 to 8 business days after an event. This protects you from charges if the event is canceled and we need to recoup your payment.    See the different situations below for our policies:   We already paid you for tickets you sold to a canceled event We will charge your credit card on file to reverse the transaction. Contact the original ticket company for a ticket refund.   You sold tickets to a postponed event Wait until we email you; the event may be rescheduled or canceled. The original ticket company will contact us with event details.   You sold tickets to a rescheduled event We’ll email the buyer. Purchase your tickets today!   Purchase Details Each purchase provides access to one 30-minute virtual meet & greet tailgate and cuisine All experiences are semi-private with up to 12 fans and each ticket represents a unique Zoom feed with an individual NFL legend. StubHub does not guarantee choice of player talent and will be assigned to each tailgate based on availability at our sole discretion. Additional feeds cannot be added. You may have up to 4 people on the same camera for your meet & greet. Each ticket is a separate meet & greet experience. Times will be arranged with the purchaser and StubHub for a time and date that works for everyone. StubHub will reach out with available dates, and tailgate will be scheduled in the hours leading up to that day’s NFL games. StubHub is not liable for connection or technical issues that may disrupt or impact the call. After completing your purchase, you will receive further communication, information, and instructions from StubHub.    FAQs   How do I know which athlete I will meet? The meet-and-greet experiences are offered and scheduled based on talent availability and the NFL athlete is listed on each event. StubHub does not guarantee choice of player talent and will be assigned to each tailgate based on availability at our sole discretion.   What if I am not satisfied with the athlete I received?  After initial scheduling, we are unable to change the artist for the experience. You may contact us to inquire about exceptions.    On which platform do your experiences take place? Zoom is used for all private virtual meet-and-greet experiences. After your purchase is complete, you will receive a Zoom invite and further instructions from StubHub. Please download the free Zoom app before your meet-and-greet. When the time comes, just click on the link, enter the password provided, and the Zoom app (which you would have downloaded) will pop up and connect you!   Can I record my experience? If you wish to record your experience, you are required to ask the athlete for verbal consent at the start of your session. Please respect their decision. If you have their consent, you may record the experience on your own device, rather than via Zoom. Please review this article for detailed information on how to do so.   Can I post about my experience on social media? If you got verbal consent from the athlete to record or screenshot your experience, we would love to see it online! Please be advised that this is a private experience and you may not post clips longer than one minute on any social media platform. Posting a few seconds of the experience on Instagram or TikTok is highly encouraged (don't forget to tag us @StubHub!), but please don’t post more than one minute. StubHub cannot assist with any further technicalities of self-made recordings.   Who is supposed to call “time’s up?” When the 30 minutes are up, please take ownership of wrapping up the Zoom session. You can thank the athlete for their time and end the call by clicking "Leave meeting".    Can I “bring” my friends? You may have up to 4 people on the same camera for your experience. If you require additional feeds, please contact us and we can assist with making arrangements.     Getting Ready   DO: Come prepared with a list of questions or conversation topics. If you need some ideas, we provided a list of suggested questions below! We invite you to tell the athlete about your fan experiences, and ask them to tell you their favorite stories about their time in the league. Place yourself in a well-lit area with light coming from in front of you so you aren't back-lit. We recommend taking the call from a laptop, rather than smartphone, to have the highest quality experience. Test your Wi-Fi connection, camera, microphone, and speakers ahead of time. DON'T: Ask the athlete for personal information including contact information or ask questions about topics unrelated to the athlete’s professional life. Ask for services not included, e.g. personal videos or a lesson. Ask the athlete to follow you on social media or contact you later. Take screenshots or record video without verbal consent. Post clips longer than one minute on any social media platform.
