My account is saying that my paypal was rejected and the payment cannot be processed, I tried switching to my bank account and the website keeps freezing, this is happening on my laptop and phone. I've tried calling customer service and it's telling me that they are only open from 8am-4:30 pm. It's 9:15 am.
